COMBISEPTIC - Flexibility to Perfection

Good ideas require good tools. The OYSTAR Gasti COMBISEPTIC provides you with the very best equipment for realizing your innovative product concepts.

The COMBISEPTIC is based on the well-known DOGATHERM technology and especially characterized by quick and easy size changeover and modular construction of the individual functional modules. Changeover to another cup diameter needs - depending on the machine type - approx. 15 to 30 minutes.

All basic COMBISEPTIC versions are available in standard aseptic execution. Packaging material is the same as used for the DOGATHERM, i.e. stackable tubs and cups from PP, PS, paper, aluminium, and compounds which are closed by heatsealing of precut aluminium membranes, paper, compounds and plastic lids. The COMBISEPTIC also accepts monomaterial (cups and lids made from the same plastic material) which is easy to recycle.

As an option, we offer assorted filling and packing for all products. The pre-selected weight of all different products to be filled at any given time is accurately achieved. Each dosing pump in each lane can be individually adjusted. The modern, state-of-the-art machine design makes all areas
easily accessible. Thanks to the high degree of automation, the machine takes over a multitude of functions which relieve the machine operator. The Gasti visualization system makes the machine control a lot easier for the operator. Plain external machine surfaces permit easy cleaning from the outside.

Without prior determination of machine length, supplements are possible after delivery and can be retro-fitted thanks to the modular design, e.g. with additional fillers, closing stations, packing sterilization, cup leakage control, applicator for label and drinking straw.

The unique OYSTAR Gasti system of continuous motion in cup filling machines which is unequalled throughout the world, offers the following advantages:

  • During the filling process, the cups are not subject to permanent acceleration and deceleration forces. Even at high speeds, the product is filled in a gentle way, without spilling. The headspace in the cup between product surface and lid can be relatively small.
  • Clearly arranged machine stations and easy access to all functional modules. Ease of operation and service in case of machine stoppages which are due to deficient packaging material.
  • Optimum design of mechanical drive and motion characteristics. The oscillating movements of the filling and closing stations are controlled by precisely engineered, low-wear cams.
    Thanks to the continuous motion, acceleration and deceleration of the transport system are not necessary.
  • In case of high speeds, only one or two cup destackers are needed. Packaging material can be fed automatically.
  • Continuous evacuation of the filled cups from the transport chain and troublefree transfer onto the off-conveyor.
