Inline Shrink Sleeve Technology
The new inline sleeve technology from OYSTAR Hassia once again sets the benchmark, even in packaging design. the all around cup decoration during the FFS process becomes possible. the sleeving allows you to design round, oval and conical cup shapes just the way you want them, securing a unique selling point for your products on shop shelves.

Sleeving in 3 Steps
The following OYSTAR Hassia patented "Inline Sleeve Technology" is available for the THM machines:
Step 1: "Cup without Sleeve"
The thermoformed cup web is transferred to the downstream integrated sleeve infeed system.
Step 2: "Inline Sleeve Transfer and Sleeving"
Prepared sleeves are transfered into the OYSTAR-Hassia THM machine and being shrinked from "bottom-up" onto the single cups of the thermoformed cup web.
Step 3: "Cup with Sleeve"
Finally shrink sleeved cups leave the OYSTAR-Hassia THM machine.
