The XL™ Lab - Coater for Advanced R&D and Pilot Scale Applications

The XL™Lab range captures the control and process power of today’s most advanced production scale coating equipment.  Its compact footprint and ease of mobility provides a tool with true “plug and play” capability.

Coating materials from pellets to large tablets, the XL™Lab combines flexibility of batch size with a spray system readily compatible with the full spectrum of spray media.  Products developed on the XL™Lab are easily transferred to Manesty’s XL™Cota and Premier coating systems taking into production the full process benefits developed in your laboratory.

A wide variety of air handling options are available for use with the XL™Lab coaters.  For the XL™Lab 01 this includes the option of a mobile combined inlet/exhaust unit making the entire system portable.  Other options may include dehumidification, rehumidification or HEPA filtration.  Exhaust fan/filter units can be supplied with standard or safe-change filters and dust collection systems, rendering the XL™Lab range as versatile as the other OYSTAR Manesty ranges of coaters.
