Premier™ - Complete Coating Systems
The OYSTAR Manesty Premier™ range of advanced coating systems makes the process of coating more efficient, reliable, flexible and controllable. This premium and advanced coating equipment is designed to suit containment applications and complete automation of the loading and unloading of the tablets. This high-end coater covers medium to large scale production size batches.
Contained loading and unloading facility
The Premier™ coater has an in-built rear loading and discharge system to provide safe and easy handling of potentially hazardous products. Front loading is also available by using split valve technology mounted on the front door. This arrangement offers the possibility to control the complete process remotely.
Efficient CIP system to guarantee fast return to production
In conjunction with our m-tec™ control system, OYSTAR Manesty provides a fully validatable Clean in Place (CIP) option.
From the initial rinse through to compressed air cleaning of solution tubes, the Premier Clean in Place (CIP) was designed to promote fast return to production by eliminating the need for manual cleaning.
Premier™200 – 50 to 225 litres / 40 to 180 kg
Premier™ 500 – 140 to 600 litres / 112 to 480kg
Premier™900 – 400 to 900 litres / 320 to 720kg
