MECHANICAL PALLETIZER
OYSTAR A+F offer their customers total solutions for complete end-of-line systems. Not only do they supply individual palletizers, but also full line integration comprising tray or case conveying from the packing machine,
empty pallet supply and full pallet conveying, to either a high bay warehouse or the final dispatch point. For automatic warehouse/storage applications, a sophisticated pallet tracking system is offered which also enables data exchange with other storage identification systems. The circle is completed with the provision of empty pallet magazines and de-stackers, pallet roller or chain conveyors, angular transfer units, turning stations and pallet elevators etc. To ensure troublefree, fast, economic installation and commissioning, every OYSTAR A+F machine is test run in-house prior to delivery, using original test materials.
OYSTAR A+F‘s conventional palletizers are particularly suitable both for high speed applications and when handling heavy weights, at speeds of up to 400 layers/h. The space-saving palletizers require only minimum floor space.
The optional stainless steel version ensures extremely high durability and performance in a harsh environment. The operation of the layer and gripper palletizers is quite simple. Only minimum effort is required to change the pallet layer pattern. With their simple control and operating systems, the standard palletizers provide for safe and easy operation without the need for in-depth operator training and have the added benefit of low maintenance requirements.
