ROBOTIC PALLETIZER
OYSTAR A+F offer their customers total solutions for complete end-of-line systems. Not only do they supply individual palletizers, but also full line integration comprising tray or case conveying from the packing machine,
empty pallet supply and full pallet conveying, to either a high bay warehouse or the final dispatch point. For automatic warehouse/storage applications, a sophisticated pallet tracking system is offered which also enables data exchange with other storage identification systems. The circle is completed with the provision of empty pallet magazines and de-stackers, pallet roller or chain conveyors, angular transfer units, turning stations and pallet elevators etc. To ensure troublefree, fast, economic installation and commissioning, every OYSTAR A+F machine is test run in-house prior to delivery, using original test materials.
Robotic Palletizers
Mechanical palletizers perform at high rates of production, whereas robotic palletizers focus on extremely high flexibility. With a single gripper system all products, layer sheets and pallet handling can be processed from up to four different production lines simultaneously. OYSTAR A+F‘s robotic palletizers operate at the highest levels of quality and flexibility and ensure the maintenance effort and costs are kept to a minimum. In order to achieve optimum operation of a robot, customer participation on a dedicated training course at OYSTAR A+F, prior to installation, is recommended.
